CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the service provider’s day that could have been filled by another client. We require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients that provide less then 48 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, and clients that miss an appointment entirely without contacting the business to reschedule will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Charging any fee to the card on file is up to the business and/or service providers discretion.
